With all that is going on in the country lately we still receive countless reports of scams and bogus money requests for the people in Nova Scotia, and Flood victims in FT Mac, never mind the Covid. This little message came from my financial advisor. Please be wary and vigilant with the current increase in scams, such as text messages about the government emergency support programs, fines for venturing outside, threats of cancelled services or special offers. Never give out your banking details, do not click on unknown links in texts and emails, and avoid installing unknown apps. Be careful stay safe.
